GWB-15 Portable Charger
GWB-15 Portable Charger is specially charger for our Li-ion battery cap lamp, the charger is high reliability and high efficiency, convenient to carry with small size, light weight.
charging theory:
Stable current stable voltage charging, the charging current is 1000mA ±100mA, voltage is 4.2V ±0.05V, charging time is about 8-12 hours. The circuit designed with perfect watching and controling system, able to automatically watch and control charging process. At the beginning of charging it is stable current charging at 1000mA ±100mA, the charger indicator is red color. When charging voltage reaching 4.2V, automatically turn to stable voltage charging, at this moment the battery is charged about 70%, at this moment, the charger indicator start turn into orange color and current is reduced step by step. when the battery is charged enough it automatically powered off to stop charging and charger indicator display as green color. (note: you can charge at any time, no need to wait to charge after use up the power, bring forward charging is better for prolonging the life span of the battery).

KCLA series rack of Lithium battery

from technical parts, specially made for mass recharge for the
lithium ion battery mineral lamp. This rack
precisely make sure to meet the voltage, current when recharging,
though the voltage and current is different from each lamp when
recharging. When the battery is reach one stable rating then is will

ZLCD-34 charge module to reborn the old rack:
Product profile: To decrease the cost and save the fund of the mine, we specially do the research on the Li-ion battery miner's lamp charge module. This module is put on the old style charger rack. You only need to remove the old circuit and replacing our charger module. After changing this charger rack, it can charge li-ion battery miner's lamp. One standard charge module can recharge for 34 unit lamp. We can make different units charge module accord to your requirements. If you want to recharge more or less units' lamps, you can use more or less units' modules. Thus, the mine can save much money to solve the problem of mass recharge.
Product features:
1. Use the input voltage of the common voltage. (we can adjust the voltage
by the different standard by different countries)
2. Output voltage can be automatically constant current without any effect
by the move of the change of the voltage.
3. Each point of charge is individual working, each module charge one
battery only to make sure the li-ion in the perfect situation of charging.
4. The module has no automatically discharge design, when stop inputting the
power, the lamp won't discharge. So no need to have people to watch out when
